I feel bad for you guys. I know a little how this feels since in 1996 we got 120" total inches of snowfall for the season when usual is < 30".
I also see it's making people just a bit more testy than usual.

"Global Warming" can influence extreme weather because of fluctuating temperatures world-wide. Because of convection, a temperature "hot-spot" in one part of the world will cause an equal "cold-spot" in another. Therefore, your Winter storm may very well be influenced by "Global Warming". This is why it's more accurate to simply think of it as Climate change, rather than just "warming".
I have no idea who you are, but yes... that does make sense.
I just wish Global Warming meant that everywhere got warmer, lol. Obviously, the universe is just conspiring to dump as much snow on me as possible, haha.
I'd rather not think of the long-term consequences... :S
